to the 2006-2007 AEIS report, Baytown Jr's 2007
enrollment was 762 students with an ethnic breakdown of 57% Hispanic,
21% White, 22% African-American.

Our faculty
and staff are truly "dedicated to excellence."
Our primary focus is to increase the academic performance
of our students. We make every effort to provide a school
climate that promotes learning
in a caring and nurturing atmosphere.
In addition
to academics, we provide excellent programs in athletics
and the fine arts. Also, our elective courses provide
a wide range of exploratory activities that enhance
the total development of the student.
Baytown
Junior is committed in assisting each student to develop
the skills and attitudes necessary toward becoming a
