Our mission and goals...

The faculty, staff, and students of Baytown Junior School are, as

According to the 2006-2007 AEIS report, Baytown Jr's 2007 enrollment was 762 students with an ethnic breakdown of 57% Hispanic,
21% White, 22% African-American.

A message from our principal...

Our faculty and staff are truly "dedicated to excellence." Our primary focus is to increase the academic performance of our students. We make every effort to provide a school climate that promotes learning
in a caring and nurturing atmosphere.

In addition to academics, we provide excellent programs in athletics
and the fine arts. Also, our elective courses provide a wide range of exploratory activities that enhance the total development of the student.

Baytown Junior is committed in assisting each student to develop the skills and attitudes necessary toward becoming a worthy, contributing, responsible member of our society.
