Once you have been offered and accepted a contract offer from an administrator in the Personnel Department, an appointment will be scheduled for you to complete the hiring process. You will be required to provide the following items for your employment files:
I-9 Employment Verification Documents (i.e., driver’s license or passport, social security card)
Official College Transcripts (if certification required)
License (if required)
Letter of Acceptance, Statement of Eligibility, and copies of TExES certification content scores (if enrolled in an alternative certification program)
Texas Employment Service Record (if experienced)
You will complete other hiring documents during your scheduled appointment (i.e., Teacher Retirement System of Texas (TRS), W-4 Form, insurance, etc.).
