Austin Bus Monitors Make a Difference

Austin Elementary bus monitors (from left) Vanessa Rangel and Regina Aguilar are presented with gift cards by Kevin Jones (right), campus athletic director at Cedar Bayou Junior School and parent of an Austin student, joined by Al Richard, Goose Creek CISD board member. Jones says they are always outside, rain or shine, smiling brightly and helping students off the buses and into the building. Not pictured is Kelsey Laughlin, who also received a gift card.
