Victoria Razo, a senior at IMPACT Early College High School, received a surprise visit from KPRC Channel 2 news anchor Owen Conflenti and a $2,500 scholarship from Channel 2 and Texas Mattress Makers. Razo plans to attend the University of Texas at Austin to become a doctor, specializing in infectious diseases.
