Mayor speaks at groundbreaking

Brandon Capetillo, mayor of Baytown, comments on the city’s growth at the recent Groundbreaking Ceremony for Elementary School #17, scheduled to open spring 2022 as a neighborhood school for Baytown Crossings, a master-planned community by Friendswood Development.
