Ross S. Sterling’s One Act Play Company celebrates the UIL One Act play Eureka Day advancing from Zone B competition and from district competition. Sterling's UIL One Act Play Advances

 

Congratulations to the Ross S. Sterling High School One Act Play company! At the two UIL One Act Play contests March 19-20 at Friendswood High School, RSS’s play Eureka Day by Jonathan Spector advanced from Zone B and also from the District Meet. The play will be presented for the public at the GCCISD One Act Play Showcase at Goose Creek Memorial High School March 30 at 5:30 p.m. The next contest will be Bi-District competition at Barbers Hill High School April 2 at 4:30 p.m. Cash tickets ($5) are available at the door.

 

For the Zone B competition, Madeleine Broussard and Sharon Pacheco Perez were named to the Honorable Mention All Star Cast. Brandon Broussard and Keyanna Jackson were selected for All Star Cast, and Nathan Malonson was recognized as Outstanding Tech Crew.

 

For the District competition, Keyanna Jackson and Sharon Pacheco Perez were selected for Honorable Mention All Star Cast, and Madeleine Broussard was named to the All Star Cast. Loriann Ratliff was recognized as Outstanding Tech Crew.
