The Texas Dual Credit Alliance was recently named as the Texas state chapter of the National Alliance of Concurrent Enrollment Partnerships (NACEP) during their national conference held in Minneapolis, Minnesota November 6-9th. The chapter is a collaborative effort between Goose Creek CISD, Lee College, and Temple College, but is now open for membership from colleges, universities, and ISDs across the state.

Goose Creek CISD administrators attended the NACEP conference where the district was named as a state chapter. The chapter is a collaborative effort between the district, Lee College and Temple College.

In this capacity, the chapter will provide opportunities for organized local conferences and other professional development opportunities, support on program improvement and alignment with NACEP’s national quality standards, and leadership development opportunities.

TDCA provides equitable access to high-quality instruction, supports, and resources for dual credit coursework and the mission is to empower all stakeholders to achieve the vision of fostering equity through college and career readiness, professional development, and legislative action.
