Giant Alumnus of the Month

Our Giant Alumnus of the Month for October 2023 is Clemencia Vigil. Clemencia is a Spanish teacher at Robert E. Lee High School and advocate for students in the community.

Clemencia is a member of the Lee College Hispanic Education Access and Completion Committee whose purpose is to encourage enrollment in higher education and the completion of degrees and certificates while preserving the Hispanic/Latinx heritage through cultural programs. Clemencia is also a recipient of multiple Goose Creek CISD Education Foundation Student’s Choice Awards.

Clemencia is dedicated to student success as shown through her innovative teaching methods and community involvement.
