Our Giant Staff Member of the Month for February 2024 is Jennifer Fierro, Principal at Highlands Junior School.

Years back, Jennifer Fierro made the difficult decision to leave the district for personal and professional growth. She left with the unwavering belief that she would one day return to Goose Creek CISD. In July of 2023, true to her word, she returned to the district as the Highlands Junior School Principal.

Known for her unwavering commitment to high standards, Jennifer sets the bar for excellence. She has created a culture of respect and support and serves as inspiration for her staff. Her passion for education, coupled with her genuine care for the well-being of each student, has made her a beloved figure on campus. She goes above and beyond to ensure students not only excel academically but also feel loved and supported throughout their educational journey.
