Goose Creek CISD made history with outstanding high school drill team performances. The day marked record-breaking achievements and set a new standard of excellence.

All three GCCISD high school drill teams—representing Robert E. Lee High School, Goose Creek Memorial High School, and Ross S. Sterling High School—earned prestigious Sweepstakes ratings at the TDEA Dance-Drill Team Assessment held in Katy, Texas. This marks the first time in GCCISD history that all three drill teams have achieved such high ratings in the same year, underscoring their dedication, teamwork, and hard work in preparing for this competitive event.
