Established in 1919, Goose Creek CISD serves nearly 24,000 students across Baytown and Highlands, Texas. The district has six high schools, six junior high schools, and 17 elementary schools, employing over 4,000 individuals. In recent years, Goose Creek CISD has achieved major milestones, including the recognition of six schools as Apple Distinguished Schools, the designation of three career academies as national models, the expansion of its P-TECH program for career-focused education, and the attainment of AVID Demonstration School status at three campuses.
