Giant Staff Member of the Month

Our Giant Staff Member of the Month for April 2026 is Timothy Mullican.

Tim currently serves as the FOCUS teacher at Robert E. Lee High School, where he does an amazing job supporting his students and the broader school community. He is a constant, reassuring presence on campus, and you can always find him in the commons during lunches or monitoring the halls during transition times. He is consistently willing to step in as a supporting adult to ensure the school day runs smoothly, proving that his care for the student population extends far beyond his own case load.

A true inspiration to those around him, Tim is known for his persistence and his ability to keep pushing himself and others to become the best versions of themselves. He serves as a role model in emotional regulation, always finding a silver lining in any situation. His professional approach to de-escalating incidents and his reliability make him a trusted resource for anyone on campus who may need help.

Beyond his daily interactions, Tim’s deep knowledge of special education rights and his commitment to his students make him a significant asset to Goose Creek CISD. He remains just a phone call away for his colleagues, always ready to offer his expertise and support. His dedication to fostering a safe and encouraging environment reflects the very best of what it means to be a Giant.
