Alamo Earns Six-STAAR Rating

Dr. Melissa Duarte (front), deputy superintendent for curriculum and instruction, and Randal O’Brien, superintendent, high five Alamo Elementary students and pass out stars to faculty members to recognize Alamo’s six Distinctions on the STAAR. The school received Distinctions for Academic Achievement in  ELA, Math and Science; Top 25 Percent Comparative Academic Growth; Top 25 Percent Comparative Closing the Gaps and Postsecondary Readiness.
