Adam Kinder

Giant Student of the Month

Adam, our Giant Student of the Month for January 2021, is dedicated to learning and has a passion for democracy. As an 11th grader at IMPACT Early College High School, Adam is working towards his goal of becoming an attorney. His 2019 National History Day documentary, To Hell and Back, was placed in the Smithsonian Documentary Showcase in Washington, D.C. He is on the debate team at Lee College and was named a Distinguished Legislative Candidate for the YMCA Youth and Government Houston District Conference in 2020. Recently, he hosted a town hall debate for the City of Baytown City Council candidates. In his spare time, he is learning Arabic. Adam is on track to graduate with his associate degree from Lee College next year. Houston Methodist Baytown Hospital sponsors this award.
