Giant Staff Member of the Month

Our Giant Staff Member of the Month for October 2021, Patricia Ducote, joined the GCCISD transportation family approximately one and a half years ago. During this time, she has consistently demonstrated Giant qualities of leadership.

Patricia has been in the transportation industry for many years. She holds a TAPT Professional Certification of Transportation and is actively working towards a Transportation Administrator Certification. She recently received the Texas Association of Pupil Transportation Person of the Year award.

Not only does she "talk the talk," but she "walks the walk." In a profession that can be challenging, she demonstrates integrity, professionalism, positivity, consistency, sacrifice, fairness, and a genuine concern for others. Her ability to persevere with excellence while going through difficulty is unparalleled. Her encouraging can-do attitude, passion for others, and love for the transportation industry is evident.
