Vianey Trejo, 8th-grader from Highlands Junior School, is recognized as a Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo School Art winner at a recent GCCISD board meeting and congratulated by Randal O’Brien (left), Goose Creek CISD superintendent, and Al Richard (right, Goose Creek CISD board president.
