“Banuelos Elementary has always been led by leaders who value relationships with families, staff, and the community it serves. I believe this is the foundation for the continued, and consistent success this campus has known throughout the years. As a Principal, I feel strongly that keeping open lines of communication with all stakeholders, while creating a partnership for learning, is a key component for student’s academic and social emotional growth. As the new leader of Banuelos, I will strive to challenge parents, students and staff to always aim high, work hard, and to set goals for themselves, while teaching them how to achieve those goals and instilling a love for learning that will last a lifetime. I believe if we teach students to believe in themselves, we can teach them that they can do anything!”
