Annual Enrollment

Annual Enrollment will be July 12, 2021 - July 30, 2021.

All employees are required to login during annual enrollment to update your benefits and beneficiary information, even if you are waiving coverage.  Please keep in mind this is a new enrollment system with new providers.  Enrollment will not rollover, new elections must be enrolled in by each employee.


*As a reminder, all changes made during annual enrollment will be effective on September 1, 2021. Your current plan options will end on August 31, 2021.  If you have not taking advantage of your preventative health screenings through the medical plan, annual dental cleanings through the dental plan, or your annual eye exam through the vision plan, you will have until August 31st to do so.

  • New Telemedicine Provider – MD Live (enriched benefits – includes behavioral health)
  • New Flexible Spending Provider – National Benefits Services – new card will be send in August
  • New Health Savings Provider – Gulf Coast Educators Federal Credit Union (local entity available for assistance if needed)
  • New Disability Provider – The Hartford (lower premium, enriched benefits)
