Annual Enrollment

Annual Enrollment will be May 1, 2024 - May 24, 2024.

You are not required to login and make changes for Annual Enrollment this year.  Your current enrollment will rollover to next year if no changes are made. You are encouraged to login and verify your beneficiaries if you are not making changes to your plans.


We will have a short plan year from September 1st - December 31st, as we transition our plan year to a calendar year.  You will have lower deductibles for this period.


Our medical plan is with CIGNA - UBC Allegiance network plan. Use this link: to make sure your providers are in network.


The majority of our voluntary plan providers are change to CIGNA and CHUBB.


All changes made during annual enrollment will be effective September 1, 2024.


*As a reminder, if you have not taken advantage of your preventative health screenings through the medical plan, annual dental cleanings through the dental plan, or your annual eye exam through the vision plan, you will have until August 31, 2024, to complete these screenings on the current plan year.

Spanish Annual Enrollment Presentation

  • Medical plan changes and rate increase.
    • No out of network benefits
    • No coverage at ER's for non-emergency care. (Emergency visits will still be processed as billed.) Use Next Level Urgent Care, our Employee Wellness Clinic or Recuro for non-emergency care.
    • Next Level Urgent Care was added to all three medical plans for unlimited access for urgent care needs.
  • Dental - changing to CIGNA
    • One plan option - Out of network coverage will follow maximum allowable coverage cost. 
  • Accident - changed to CIGNA
    • Added benefits for organized and personal sports.
  • Voluntary Life, AD&D and Basic Life - changing to CHUBB.
    • guaranteed issue up to 7x annual salary.
    • Update beneficiary
  • Hospital Indemnity - changing to CHUBB
    • One plan - added benefits
  • Cancer - changing to CHUBB
    •  One plan - added benefits
  • Critical Illness - changing to CHUBB
    • $30K for Employee and / or spouse
  • Telehealth - changing to RECURO
    • Same provider for telehealth under the medical plan.  If enrolled in medical, you will not see this option available on your enrollment page.  Recuro is available on the medical plan for dependents in the household, even if they are not on the medical plan.
