Rainout Plan

• In case of rainout, Goose Creek Memorial HS, Ross S. Sterling HS and Robert E. Lee HS graduations will be held at the Lee College Sports Arena. Students will still be dropped off at Gentry.
• Rainout communication will be sent no later than 5 PM on the day of ceremony.
• Students will receive two (2) digital tickets for rainouts, which can only be used once. 
• Students will receive a QR code during graduation practice to access their rainout tickets.
• Students are responsible for distributing rain out tickets.
• Attendees can print or scan the ticket directly from their email. 
• Children under the age of one (1) do not need a ticket but must be seated on a lap.
• The ceremony will be streamed on the district’s website. 
• No strollers or carriers will be allowed. 
• No outside food or drink will be allowed other than bottled water.
