  • Clear Bag Policy

    Bag Policy
    To ensure the safety and efficiency of entry for all attendees, the following bag policy will be enforced at all events:

    Approved Bags
    The following types of bags are permitted:

    Transparent Bags (no size limitations):

    • Clear tote bags
    • Clear backpacks
    • Clear storage bags

    Non-Transparent Bags:

    • Small purses or clutches only
    • Must not exceed 6 inches (height) x 9 inches (length) x 5 inches (depth)

    Prohibited Bags

    • Any non-transparent bag exceeding the size of a small clutch (larger than 6" x 9" x 5")
    • Backpacks, totes, or large purses that are not clear

    Additional Guidelines

    • All bags are subject to inspection upon entry
    • Diaper bags and medically necessary bags may be permitted but are subject to screening
    • Event staff reserve the right to deny entry for any bag that does not comply with this policy

    Purpose
    This policy is in place to enhance safety, reduce entry wait times, and provide a secure environment for all attendees.

    • Tickets and parking passes are NOT required to attend the GCCISD graduation ceremonies at Stallworth Stadium.
    • Plan ahead. Expect heavy levels of traffic.
    • Stallworth Stadium will open the home and visitor gates at 6 PM.
    • The graduation ceremonies will begin promptly at 7:30 PM.
    • Do not block or stand in the aisles or on ramps to take pictures.
    • Only Goose Creek CISD approved photographers are permitted on the field.
    • No signs larger than a poster board are allowed. 
    • No signs of any kind can be attached to the railings or bleachers.
    • Please use Side A or Side B for entry.
    • Families are kindly asked to refrain from being on the field before, during, or after the ceremony.
    • No helium balloons, air horns, bullhorns, umbrellas or laser pointers permitted.
    • No drones.
    • No glass containers of any kind (including vases).
    • No outside food will be permitted. Sealed bottled water, soda or juice is permitted. Concession stands will be open.
    • Handicapped seating will be available for the handicapped individual and one family member only.
    • No pets allowed. Service animals trained to assist individuals with disabilities are welcome.

  • Graduate Drop-Off Information
    • Graduates must be dropped off to Gentry Junior School (1919 E. Archer Road) by 5:30 PM.
    • Arrival cut-off is 6 PM
       
    Stallworth Stadium Parking
    • Stallworth Stadium parking lots will open at 6 PM.
    • Stallworth Stadium is located at 2102 E. Archer Road, Baytown, TX 77521

    • Family Shuttles will be provided starting at 5:45 PM

    • This seating arrangement has been designed to give families a better view of graduates as they walk across the stage to receive their diploma. (These are approximate and may change graduation day.)
